Your fans. Your site. Your rules.
A membership site built around your channel, hosted and run for you, and owned by you. Not a template. Not a platform that can change the rules on you.
Early access
Members see every video before YouTube does. Days early, or a week.
Extended cuts
The long version. The stuff that got trimmed. Behind the scenes.
Members-only videos
Whole videos that only exist on your site. Uncut, unfiltered, yours.
Mail club
Something real in the mailbox every month. Stickers, prints, letters, surprises.
Merch
A shop on your own site. Members get first dibs or a discount.
Community
Polls, votes on the next video, Q&As, a private chat. Your fans, together.
Patreon keeps about ten cents of every dollar on new pages.
Add Apple’s cut when a fan joins inside the iPhone app. Almost half is gone.
About 3 cents for the card fee and 5 cents to me. The rest is yours.
Rough numbers. Patreon’s standard plan takes 10% on pages created after August 2025. Apple takes up to 30% on memberships bought inside the iOS app. Card processing runs about 3%. My share is 5%.
The first build, and anything big you add later: a shop, a new kind of perk, an app.
- Your domain and accounts set up in your name
- Members, payments and video ready to go
- A real number before I start, every time
I keep it online and keep it working. You make videos.
- Hosting and video storage
- Updates, fixes, small changes
- Email me, it gets done
- Three-month minimum
I only do well when you do. Patreon takes double, and Apple takes far more.
- Fans pay into your Stripe account
- Card fee is separate, about 3%
- 10% off the year if you pay up front
No contracts beyond the three-month minimum. Leave any time after that and take everything with you.
- 01
We talk
You tell me what you want. I listen and ask questions.
- 02
I build it
Design and code, start to finish. You see it as it comes together.
- 03
I run it
Hosting, updates, fixes. You never touch a server.
- 04
You own it
Domain, code, payments, accounts. All in your name from day one.
Your domain
Registered in your name. Bookmarked by your fans. Nobody can take it.
Your payments
Fans pay into your own Stripe account. Money never passes through me.
Your code
The site lives in a code repo you own. Any developer can pick it up later.
Your fan list
Emails and members are yours. Export them any time.
- Do I have to leave Patreon?
- No. Run both. Point new fans to your site and let the rest move over when they’re ready.
- What does it cost?
- A one-time setup fee for the build, then $149 a month and 5% of memberships. The setup number depends on what you want on day one. Email me and I’ll give you a real quote, not a form.
- Who uploads the videos?
- You, from a simple dashboard. Or send them to me. Either way it takes minutes.
- What if I want to leave?
- You take everything. Domain, code, payments, fans. That’s the whole point.
